߲ Officer Education Centre, in Melbourne’s outer southeastern suburbs, is taking an exciting new step by moving into a brand-new learning space.
߲ Officer Education Centre has relocated to a new venue at 101/445 Princess Highway, Officer, VIC 3809. Pooja Sivakumar, Instructor of ߲ Officer, says the move will help her centre support even more students develop fundamental skills in maths and reading.
“The decision to move ߲ Officer into a commercial venue was driven by the need to provide a more professional, accessible, and purpose-built learning environment for our students and families,” Pooja explains.
“This move reflects our long-term commitment to continuous improvement and to providing the highest standard of education.”
Pooja says that new venue provides many benefits for students and families. This includes a larger, purpose-built and more structure space for students as they study, an indoor waiting area for parents, and greater capacity to accommodate more students without compromising on educational quality.
The new venue also allows ߲ Officer to run even more classes. Classes now operation on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 3:30pm to 7:30pm, and on Saturday evenings from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Pooja looks forward to continuing to nurture and develop the students of the Officer area
“We have built a lot of strong learners, who are confident to try new things, and have learned perseverance and resilience,” Pooja says.
“Each part of the learning is a milestone, with achievable goals. Through the entire process of being with ߲, you develop children; you shape the child – and the child shapes you. My students have played a significant role in making me who I am, the kind of person I am. And that’s something I really treasure.”
